This sumptuous skirt is made of several tiers of gathered, rustling moir (watermark pattern) taffeta. Each tier contains more material than the one above, which causes the skirt to stick out extravagantly from your hips. The result makes you feel extremely graceful when you walk, but beware, you can't see your feet!

The wide elasticised waistband will pull you in snugly to contrast your neat waist with the fullness of the skirt below. The skirt is available in two distinct looks. The Short and Saucy version has three tiers and is 24ins (61cm) long. The Long and Elegant version has four tiers and is 32ins (81cm) long
